At Atelier A.Talib, we take great care in delivering your orders with precision and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and expectations for delivery.


1. Processing Time

  • In-Stock Orders: All in-stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

  • Custom & Pre-Orders: Custom orders and pre-orders can take 4-5 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

    • Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping: 3-5 business days | Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days

    • International: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing but typically range from 7-14 business days.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over $200 USD (if applicable).

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


4. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Atelier A.Talib is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first to file a claim.

  • We will do our best to assist you in locating your package but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost shipments.


6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


7. Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the estimated shipping date will be provided in the product description.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless requested otherwise.
